How do I apply for accreditation for the 2009-10 UAE season?

Is my season badge valid for the DWC meeting?
No. You will need to be accredited separately for the DWC meeting.

Is my season badge valid for special events hosted by the Dubai Racing Club at the racecourse?
Yes it is. However, it does not entitle you to any refreshments or food served, as the media room provides this already for all accredited media. Access is provided for the purpose of media coverage only.

Do you issue temporary passes?
Yes we can, but upon special request only. All temporary badges must be returned to a member of the Media Department before leaving Meydan Racecourse.

What is the dress code?
Business attire or national dress. Jeans, sneakers, t-shirts are strictly not allowed into the grandstands, official areas, or the parade ring.

Can I film at Meydan Racecourse?
Prior permission must be sought from the Media department. Please contact the Media Department at the Dubai Racing Club.

Can I watch the races on the internet?
Yes but only on delay. Please click here for race videos.

Can I get footage of a particular Race meeting?
By special request. Please contact the Media Department at the Dubai Racing Club for further details .

Can I use images from your website?
Images may be used for editorial purposes only, with credit given to both Dubai Racing Club and the official photographer as per the caption on the image. We do not allow images being used for advertorial purposes.

Do you arrange interviews with jockeys and horse connections on request?
The Media Department will be able to assist requests by forwarding the relevant contact details. For feature races, horse connections are interviewed for television immediately after each race.
